Junior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client, a world-leading tech company. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role, working 40 hours per week. The position is fully remote within Ireland.

This role serves as a key liaison between facilities vendors and the business supporting service delivery and facilities project teams across an extensive EMEA portfolio spanning 20 countries and over 100 vendors. The position plays a crucial role in financial coordination—supporting purchase order processes, resolving finance-related queries (e.g., cost centers, GL codes, budget checks), and managing invoice tracking and payment follow-ups. The role also includes supporting onboarding activities for the business manager, maintaining accurate cash flow tracking, aligning costs with forecasts, and updating financial data in spreadsheets and dashboards. Additionally, it involves reviewing FP&A reports, reconciling them with vendor invoices, and ensuring accurate data formatting for dashboard integration.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot procure to pay issues.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for Facilities OPEX & CAPEX.
• Maintain CAPEX Master Cashflow, Operational Capex and OPEX Tracker
• Prepare Templates for budget and quarterly forecasts upload onto Client’s Financial System.
• Support during annual budget and quarterly forecasts preparation.
• Prepare monthly accruals for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Review Monthly Actuals and prepare uploads to Dashboard
• Ad hoc request as required by EMEA Facilities Finance Manager.

Skills:

Need to have knowledge on :

• Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced report preparation (formulas), pivot tables, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge in other Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger or in a similar role
• Experience with Oracle / Oracle Fusion/ SAP is a must.
• Experience with Tableau reporting
