Good — because we’re looking for a Finance Analyst who doesn’t just “crunch numbers,” but actually connects the dots.

This is no ordinary finance role. You’ll be the financial pulse of a cutting-edge tech giant’s Facilities team, supporting operations across 20 countries and working with over 100 vendors. From budget strategy to real-time analysis, you'll be in the driver’s seat — helping to steer a high-performing EMEA real estate portfolio with precision and impact.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the budget and forecast process for Facilities CAPEX & OPEX (it’s big, and it’s important).
• Being the financial go-to for the Operations, Tech Services, and Projects teams.
• Managing the CAPEX Master Cashflow, OPEX Trackers, and dashboards like a data ninja.
• Tackling complex procure-to-pay puzzles and streamlining systems.
• Supporting monthly close activities, journal prep, and accruals with accuracy that would make your former audit partner weep with joy.
• Developing smarter templates, sharper processes, and training junior analysts along the way.

🧠 What You Bring:

• 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis – ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Excel wizardry – if pivot tables and complex formulas are your happy place, you’re in the right job ad.
• Oracle Fusion, Oracle, or SAP experience – you’ll need to know your way around these platforms.
• Strong communicator, keen problem-solver, and natural collaborator.
• Bonus points if you know Tableau, have worked in facilities, construction, or real estate, and hold a CPA/ACCA.
