Creative Project Manager

Our client, a global leader in social technology and digital communication, is seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to support their learning and knowledge management operations.

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who will play a key role in managing and developing knowledge management systems and instructional design projects for a large-scale customer support and training operation. In this position, you will oversee the creation, organization, and management of training materials that will empower vendor teams to deliver exceptional service and support to millions of users.

Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?

• Knowledge Management (50%): Develop, manage, and maintain knowledge assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easy to access for vendor teams.
• Instructional Design (50%): Design and implement training programs, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions, to improve operational efficiency and agent decision-making.
• Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in Xyleme LCMS and CSOD LMS.
• Use tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe to create engaging learning content.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to high standards.

What do I need?

• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, content authoring tools, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong attention to detail.

This is an 11-month contract position, offered on a fully remote basis. Applicants must be based in Ireland.
