We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join a dynamic, high-impact team within one of the world’s leading tech companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, global learning and knowledge initiatives that drive operational success across multiple teams.

You won’t be creating content directly, but you’ll be the key driver behind the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and knowledge projects—collaborating closely with instructional designers, learning specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your ability to bring structure to creative workflows and keep projects on track will directly impact workforce enablement.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple learning and content-related projects—from scoping to delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and updates, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Track and document project performance, workflows, and process improvements.

Creative & Instructional Design Support

• Help translate complex creative requirements into actionable production workflows.
• Ensure final outputs meet strategic goals and adhere to quality, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Support production coordination for assets created in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.

Knowledge Management Oversight

• Assist with governance and maintenance of knowledge assets, ensuring content is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Support scalable organisation of content within LCMS/LMS or other knowledge systems.
• Partner with internal teams to streamline content workflows and update distribution channels.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
• Solid understanding of instructional design workflows, learning systems
• Experience working with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and learning/content management systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong attention to detail.

This is an 11-month contract position, offered on a fully remote basis. Applicants must be based in Ireland.
