On behalf of our client we are hiring a Wireless Product Manager to join their growing company. This role is fully on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of LTE/5G network products, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
In-depth analysis of wireless communication technologies, LTE/5G network architectures, and market/user needs to develop product strategies that ensure technical leadership and market competitiveness.
Maintain close cooperation with operators, equipment suppliers, and other partners to understand industry trends and promote the technical implementation and market adoption of LTE/5G-related products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, technical support, and marketing, to ensure timely product delivery and fulfillment of market demands.
Continuously monitor the evolution of 5G technologies, network deployment trends, and developments in the wireless industry, driving technological innovation within the company’s wireless domain.
Provide technical support to the sales team, participate in product training, customer communication, and resolution of technical issues, ensuring successful product promotion and market application.
Regularly analyze product performance and user feedback, optimizing the product to enhance user experience and product quality.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
1-2 years of product management experience in wireless communication, with experience in LTE/5G network construction or operator-related work being preferred.
Familiarity with LTE/5G network architectures, wireless communication protocols, network planning, and optimization, with certain experience in wireless product development and management.
Knowledge of market trends in the wireless communication industry and understanding operator demands and product lifecycle management.
Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of collaborating with cross-department teams and driving project progress.
Strong analysis and decision-making abilities, capable of optimizing products based on market feedback and technical data.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with operators or participating in LTE/5G network deployment projects is preferred.
Knowledge of or experience with emerging technologies such as SDN, network slicing, and network function virtualization (NFV) is preferred.
Familiarity with wireless product market promotion and after-sales support is an advantage.
