An opportunity has arisen for the position of Team Leader in our adult's residential service in ROSSLARE, CO. WEXFORD.
The role of the Team Leader is essential to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality strengths-based service that focuses on our residents’ core interests and encourages their development of new skills.
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring our services are built on recognizing each resident’s strengths and abilities to support each individual to continue learning and growing socially. You are also responsible for providing your team with guidance and support and ensuring that they deliver on our promise of a strengths-based approach with our residents.

- Assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the Person in Charge

Job Requirements:
- Hold a QQI/Fetac qualification in healthcare with at least 1 year's experience in disability services OR
- Hold a Nursing Degree (be registered in the relevant division of the live register of nurses, maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Experience in overseeing the supervision of staff would be highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full manual driving licence
