EverPower Limited is a Green Solar Company who mainly provide integrated photovoltaic solutions for the development of green solar energy projects, including project assessment, greenfield project planning, approval planning and help with the process, writing applications, EPC and cooperation with developers and investors.

Job Description:

The Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Sales Manager is required to be:

· Ability to negotiate and close deals.

· Possesses good networking skills to manage projects and various stakeholders.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Sales experience with a technical product essential.

· Previous experience in the solar/renewable energy sector is a distinct advantage.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Customer focused.

· Well-organised.

· Self-motivated.

· Computer literate

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Generate commercial and residential sales leads and cold call potential customers and follow-up with leads and enquiries provided by the office.

· Meeting Monthly targets.

· Develop commercial and residential sales & marketing plan.

· Understanding of the SEAI & ESB guidelines.

· Contact and arrange appointment to visit households and businesses.

· Conduct the survey with the client and Coordinate with Solar PV engineer to identify the most optimal and cost-efficient solar systems and represent same to the client (commercial/residential).

· Liaise regularly with the Solar PV engineering and other office staff.

· Engage customers and provide quotation.

· Represent the benefits, payback period and energy cost efficiency of our solar systems.

· Full induction on our products and sales process will be provided.

· Manages all key stakeholders to ensure that projects can be completed successfully.

· Increase customer satisfaction through improved communication and turnaround time.

Education/Experience

· Three years in a business to consumer sales position.

· Better have the experience of working in insurance companies or big four as sales.

· Exposure to technical products and explaining their benefits.

· An understanding of energy efficiency products.

· Competent with Excel and Word.

· Full driving license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €40,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
