Assistant Herd Manger

Farm Solutions Ltd is looking for an Assistant Herd Manager to join a 240 cow dairy farm. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the farm’s daily operations Milking, handling livestock and machinery tasks. Responsibilities include Milking, stock care, feeding, bedding, and general farm duties.

The Applicant must have :

• Previous experience in dairy farming minimum 4 year
• Able to drive and operate farm machinery
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor .
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
• A full clean driving license
