Join Us as Our Head of Quality, Compliance & ESG – Shape the Future of Care
We’re looking for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving excellence, ensuring top-tier clinical quality, and shaping the future of compliance and ESG within our nursing home group. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact while carving out a role that evolves with your vision and expertise.
Why This Role?
This is your chance to bring fresh thinking to quality, compliance, and sustainability. You’ll build on our strong foundation, enhancing existing systems while identifying areas for further development. No rigid job description here—you’ll have the scope to refine and shape your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality & Compliance Leadership
- Strengthen and develop clinical quality assurance programs to drive excellence in patient care.

- Ensure we meet (and exceed) all healthcare regulations through audits, reporting, and proactive strategies.
Risk & Safety Management
- Build on current risk assessment protocols to further protect residents and staff.
- Support and advance a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
ESG & Sustainability
