Recruitment Partner- Hays, Enterprise Solutions

About the role:

Hays are looking to bring on a Recruitment Partner in Dublin, to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment services and processes for one of our largest standing RPO accounts, in Ireland.

This role involves developing strong working relationships with sourcing and supplier enablement teams, client stakeholders, and hiring managers. You will manage requisition fulfilment, expectations, timelines, and supplier briefings, ensuring efficient sourcing and coordination of the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Build lasting relationships: You will develop relationships with key contacts, providing specialist advice, support, and recommendations on specific market conditions. By developing strategies to maximize networks and information resources, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, candidates, and colleagues, demonstrating your personal brand, expertise, and credibility.

Develop and evolve your account: Meeting individual placement and fee targets is crucial, as is contributing to team targets. You will identify and escalate areas for improvement in the service provided, ensuring continuous development and evolution of your account or portfolio.

Deliver an efficient and compliant process: You will facilitate end-to-end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement and aftercare, ensuring an appropriate demand plan exists for the business, along with partnering with Hays’ Leicester Delivery Centre, sourcing team.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes is essential, along with knowledge of stakeholder management and meeting KSMs & SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and trusted advisor skills are required.
• You should be customer service driven with strong attention to detail, energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive.
• Effective self and time management skills, a sense of urgency, resilience, strong influencing skills, and knowledge of current legislation and applicable systems are also necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, commitment to data accuracy and integrity, ownership of actions, and adaptability are key attributes.
