The Role:

As an Employment Solicitor, you will:

• Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Represent clients in employment disputes, including WRC and Labour Court cases.
• Provide strategic legal advice on HR policies, contracts, and compliance.
• Support clients with workplace investigations, dismissals, and restructuring matters.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and clients, developing strong professional relationships.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Newly Qualified (NQ ) or more experience in employment law.
• A strong understanding of Irish employment law and dispute resolution.
• Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
