We are hiring for our client, a high-growth, PE-backed insurance intermediary based in Dublin, for an exciting Senior Finance Manager opportunity. This 12-month contract offers the chance to play a key role in a fast-paced and evolving business, supporting ambitious growth plans across multiple entities within the group.
The successful Senior Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO and will be instrumental in providing financial control, commercial finance insights, and operational support across the full group, which includes several brands in the insurance space.

The Role:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and ensure robust financial reporting processes.
- Act as lead contact during the annual statutory audit process.
- Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiency.
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting across the group.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Ensure full tax compliance and timely filings across multiple entities.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Support ad hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA).
- 3-5 years in a senior finance position with demonstrable leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing the full finance function, preferably in a dynamic or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly proficient in Excel and other financial tools.
- Energetic, commercially minded, and solutions-focused.
