Community Host
Community Hosts are the heart of our Workplace; They are experience curators, creating moments of delight and care through memorable, anticipatory, and personalized human interactions.
Community Hosts are the workplace experience ambassadors, responsible for initiatives and programs to curate an engaging workplace and employee experience. They are focused on community and collaboration with a key focus on fostering business & employee engagement and wellbeing. Community Hosts make the office the great place to get work done, collaborate and innovate with colleagues.
Community hosts are brand ambassadors for JLL and our client; they need to be confident in engaging with new customers and build relationships with existing ones, providing real-time and anecdotal insights and business feedback to improve and make the portfolio more efficient and space more effective. Community Hosts must be passionate about customer service and willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to assist staff and visitors.

Community Host - JLL Ireland Corporate Offices. On-Site
What this job involves:
Welcome, Meet and greet for all visitors and clients.
Own and oversee visitor management and office booking systems.
Handle all incoming calls to JLL Ireland main line and answer incoming general enquiries via email.
Work together with Office Manager and Operations to ensure that all JLL meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are set and maintained to the expected JLL standards.
Ownership and ability to facilitate room set ups.
Own and organize new joiner orientation.
Liaise with third parties to facilitate in-office activities.
Provide support as requested by the facilities, operations and marketing teams.
To apply you need to be / have:
Good educational background & a solid command of written & spoken English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
Experience with multi-line phone systems and AV equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills, good computer literacy.
A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
Flexible approach to departmental requirements.
Good sense of humour & an approachable personality
