Description:

John Kelly Opel Waterford is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Aftersales Service Advisor to join our team. This vital role is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing all service-related inquiries and processes efficiently and professionally.

The role includes:.

• Managing customer's service appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
• Dealing with customer queries regarding service and repair in person and by phone in and efficient and courteous manner
• Ensuring accurate and timely management of all invoicing for services undertaken
• Ensuring the completion of warranty obligations in line with company standards.
• Liaise with the department manager to address and resolve any customer complaints, following up in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Engage with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other appropriate activities as specified by the Service Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a customer based role (experience in a similar role in the motor industry is preferable but not necessary)
• Experience in managing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
