We’re looking for Contracts Managers to join our client who’s the top 20 of main contractors in Ireland and UK. With over 100 million of their turnover and continuous growth, they are looking for more talents to get onboard.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in managing high-value construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial forecasts to maintain cost efficiency.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the duration of the contract.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.
Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, contractual obligations, and best practices.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports, financial updates, and risk analyses to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Additional certifications such as PMP, RICS.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry (ideally experience in managing the residential projects)
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, negotiation tactics, and contract management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and strategic mindset.
