Stock Controller

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accurate stock records. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficiency within the warehouse, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all locations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Process stock receipts, transfers, and returns efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Work closely with suppliers, warehouse staff, and sales teams to optimize stock flow.
• Utilize stock management systems to track and record inventory movements.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and make recommendations for action.
• Ensure compliance with company stock control policies and procedures.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a stock control, inventory management, or warehouse role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in stock management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
