The Company

Loughnanes Joinery has been manufacturing top quality fire doors and bespoke furniture for over 50 years. Our clients include the most prestigious hotels, hospitals and third level institutions in Ireland.

We continue to grow due to our passion for the quality work and ongoing investment in innovative designs and technology. We have a state of the art, modern high-tech 45,000 square foot factory near Athenry which employs 30 highly skilled staff. We currently have a vacancy for a Joinery/furniture Fitter/Installer.

The Role

The main accountabilities of this role are:

• Reviewing drawings produced by our design team
• Lead and co-ordinate the installation of various joinery items for example Reception Desk, IPS Panels, Wall Panelling, Bespoke Furniture Items
• Co-ordinate with steel fabricators where required
• Deal with queries from Main Contractors
• Supervise sub-contracted fitters if needed
• Report any snagging defects to the office
• Fitting will be predominately West of Ireland based but may involve travel to other parts of the country.

The Person

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Problem Solver
• Attention to detail is a prerequisite
• Excellent organisational skills to meet timelines.

Cleaning Driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
