Role Overview:

Meade Farm Group is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Co-ordinator to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on our ERP system. The role requires expertise in ERP management, SQL databases, hardware/software support, and analytics/reporting tools (such as Crystal Reports).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ownership and optimisation of ERP systems.

• Maintain hardware, software, network, and VOIP telephone systems.

• Provide IT training, troubleshooting, and user support.

• Research and recommend technology solutions.

• Develop business intelligence and analytics to enhance efficiency.

• Analyse business reporting needs, creating critical reports (Crystal Reports or similar).

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT (ERP systems or SQL).

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (experience in FMCG, wholesale, or retail sectors advantageous).

• Passionate about technology; proficient in hardware, software, and network management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Behaviours & Competencies:

• High competency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with Prophet advantageous).

• Linux or programming experience highly valued.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail; punctual, organised, adaptable to new technologies.
