Job Posting for Project Coordinator/Administrator at NorDan Vinduer Limited
NorDan Vinduer Limited are delighted to announce that we are expanding the organisation and now have a new business division, we are now looking for a project coordinator/administrator to complement this team.
You will be based in our offices in Bluebell Industrial Estate initially and we will be relocating to Park West mid 2025.
Main Duties:
Process & administer orders from the Commercial Sales Team
Set up (Files) & Manage all orders placed
Assist with the placement of orders onto the NorDan Production System (PI)
Track orders / projects with Suppliers & Logistics Companies
Creation & management of site fitting packs
Assist with the file creation & population of customer files on Pipedrive
Issue customer order notification updates & invoices (no-reply email).
Requirements
Experience in a similar role or construction background is essential.
Third level degree in a construction related field is desirable.
Highly motivated individual with strong IT and administrative skills;
Ability to work well and collaborate within a team;
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
