What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Promote inclusion, independence, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service users' quality of life.
• Assist with personal care, daily activities, and individualised programs.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care
• A strong passion for person-cantered care and advocacy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to foster independence and dignity in those we support.
• Completed Registration for CORU
• Manual Irish drivers licence
