Multi Drop Delivery Driver

About the Role:

We are an Irish cooking oil company currently seeking a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our expanding team at our Sligo Depot.

As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for assisting in loading and unloading a variety of cooking oils to customers, as well as removing used cooking oil from restaurants and hotels. You'll work alongside colleagues to ensure efficient delivery operations.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, approximately 08:30 to 17:30. There may be occasions when flexibility is required to accommodate deliveries running behind schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely remove and load deliveries from the vehicle, ensuring items are handled properly to prevent damage.
• Provide excellent customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Utilize handheld devices for managing customer invoices.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe loading and manual handling practices.
• Valid HGV Category C License.
• Up-to-date (or nearing completion) CPCs (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Tachograph Card.
• Flexibility to accommodate variable start and finish times, including occasional Saturday work.

Pay: Up to €42,000.00 per year
