About the Role

As Concession Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of our Arnotts concession, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while driving all business KPIs. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a high-performing, service-led team
• Driving sales performance and store profitability
• Overseeing stock security, administration, and cash desk procedures
• Ensuring an inspiring visual presentation in line with display guidelines
• Delivering exceptional customer service and team morale by leading from the front
• Recruiting, training, and developing talent to reach their full potential
• Communicating effectively with your team and wider retail operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced retail leader with at least 1 years in a management or supervisor role
• A confident, resilient individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Highly organised, service-obsessed, and commercially aware
• A natural motivator with the ability to inspire teams and build positive store culture
• Comfortable with responsibility and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting

Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
