About the Role

As Concession Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our new store, leading a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing your team – fostering a high-performance culture, motivating and coaching individuals to achieve their best.
• Delivering outstanding customer service – ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values.
• Driving sales and KPIs – maximising store performance through strong commercial awareness.
• Managing operations – overseeing stock security, cash handling, and administration.
• Visual merchandising – executing high standards for window and in-store displays.
• Recruitment and training – hiring the best talent and supporting their ongoing development.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least two years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Is passionate about fashion and customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
• Thrives in a leadership role, inspiring and motivating a team.
• Is highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
• Brings strong communication skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
