They specialize in Personal and Commercial Lines insurance, serving a loyal local client base with no direct competition in the area. About the Role:

They are looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive and a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team in Thurles. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing personal lines clients and handling renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 60 renewals per month by following up with clients and ensuring retention.
• Assist clients with car, home, and van insurance, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Support new business generation.
• Build strong relationships with local clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with Personal Lines Brokers in the team to ensure seamless client support.
• Process insurance documentation, endorsements, and claims inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Broker or Direct Insurer experience).
• APA qualification is preferred (or almost qualified).
• Experience with broker systems is an advantage but not required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A proactive and organized approach to handling client queries and renewals.
