Recovery Driver

Due to continued expansion the Shaw Commercials Group in Castlebar currently have a vacancy for a Recovery Truck driver

The Shaw Commercials Group is in operation for over 25 years and is the main Renault Truck Dealer and Schmitz Cargobull Service Dealer for the West / North West region. The service offering includes vehicle and trailer sales, testing, vehicle recovery, maintenance and fleet management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to towing callouts in a safe and timely manner
• Performing jumpstarts and tyre changes at roadside
• Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
• Maintain yard area in a tidy and orderly fashion
• Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition
• Complete all paperwork in full on a daily basis and submit to Recovery controller
• Flexible working hours available to include nights and weekends if desirable.

Qualifications and Skills

· Rigid Truck licence

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

· Sound geographical knowledge of greater County Mayo

· Forklift licence & experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,500.00-€34,500.00 per year
