The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth across our key divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with M&E contractors, consultants, and electrical wholesalers across Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting technically advanced electrical solutions that deliver long-term value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across all Solutions product lines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and distribution partners.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that demonstrate technical benefits and commercial value.
- Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to provide customer-specific solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent Solutions at industry events, CPDs, and client meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to help shape product development and strategic direction.
Your Background
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales within the electrical or smart building sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical systems, ideally with experience in areas such as cable containment, lighting control, or EV charging.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to deliver results.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders from site managers to specifiers.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.

Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
