At Swappsi, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to play a key role in shaping our marketing, sales, and overall business strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our co-founders, influence high-level decisions, and take ownership of how we scale.

What You’ll do
  • Attend meetings, networking events, etc to connect with C-level individuals.
  • Collaborate with management to define company growth goals and strategies.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance Swappsi’s market positioning.
  • Coordinate the marketing strategy and put a sales strategy in place.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies for outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct lead generation and scraping, compiling targeted outreach lists.
  • Find and review relevant tenders and draft high-quality proposals.
  • Execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, live events and other platforms.
  • Coordinate technical discovery meetings for management with prospective clients.
  • Close deals
What We’re Looking For
  • A charismatic and outgoing communicator, fluent in English, with good writing, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Someone based in Ireland, preferably in Dublin.
  • Ability to attend events and in-person meetings as required.
  • Experience coordinating and/or designing marketing strategies
  • Commercial Experience selling software and/or IT services.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a proactive strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
Extra points for:
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and with content creation
  • Team lead experience
  • Project management skills
Work Environment
  • Flexible 7.5-hour workday between 8 am and 6 pm Irish time.
  • Fully remote work within Ireland
