SETU is seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Officer to support and maintain the university’s network infrastructure. The job requires an energetic, enthusiastic individual with a broad-based knowledge of enterprise level ICT systems, networking and associated technologies. The Senior Technical Officer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SETU’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of networking technologies, experience with network security, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network systems to support business operations.
The Senior Technical Officer will be part of a dynamic team of professionals, responsible for supporting and developing current systems and infrastructure including PC & Mac desktops and operating systems, applications, servers, network devices, virtualisation platforms, printing services, audio-visual equipment and online teaching technologies.
