Role: Retail Security Supervisor
Location: Dublin city
Schedule: Full time
Role Type: Permanent - Onsite
Responsibilities;
Assist in training, manage and provide daily direction to the team.
Ensuring their preparedness in emergency situations.
Ensuring there is sufficient coverage for every shift.
Establishing a team that are excellent representatives for our brand.
Ensure that security policies, standards, and controls are being adhered to and implemented effectively to meet regional requirements, and reporting on team’s performance
Assist in fire drills on all sites, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conducting building safety tours
Ensuring we have a sufficiently trained number of Emergency wardens on all sites. Continually networking with other BU’s to encourage participation in the program.
Engaging with the EW’s at least once a quarter offering additional training, building safety tours, and providing updates when required. Managing & Maintaining our Operational platforms
Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
Travel Regionally as required
Prepare and maintain security records and complete routine statistical reports.
Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company's platforms
Preparing Operational & Clients Reports
Supporting various company departments
Role Requirements;
Proven experience in Supervisory roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software.
