Kitchen Porter

Talbot Hotel Carlow, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.

Main Duties

• To ensure that the kitchen is maintained to an acceptable standard of hygiene at all times;
• To assist chefs in any duties, as required;
• To ensure that all crockery is cleaned and available for the departments as they are required;
• Work positively within the team;
  
  

The Successful Candidate Must Have

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment would be a distinct advantage;
• A communicative level of English;
• Be a team player;
• Be able to work on own initiative;
• Be able to work under pressure;
  
  

This role will involve shift & weekend working.
