About The Role
The Compliance Team, who provide advisory and support services to clients have ever increasing requirements to comply with customer, statutory and & regulatory requirements, is seeking a Marketing & Admin Coordinator to support our growing team. This role blends marketing execution and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations while driving our digital presence. Support and coordination include sister companies to The Compliance’s Team, primarily 3Be and Bua Nua.
As part of this role, you will work closely with the Compliance Team's Principal Advisor and, from time to time, client representatives, to implement marketing strategies, create and schedule content, and ensure smooth day-to-day admin operations.
The role is fully remote, but there may be occasional requirements to attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences. These will be planned well in advance, with all expenses covered. There is an option to work hybrid from the company office located in Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Create engaging content for social media based on strategy developed with the Principal Advisor.
- Design simple graphics for posts using tools such as Canva (no advanced graphic design skills required).
- Manage social media scheduling via Buffer or similar platforms.
- Update company websites (WordPress) with news, content, and minor structural changes.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance, suggesting improvements.
- Support future email marketing campaigns (not an immediate requirement).
- Liaise with third-party providers if paid advertising is introduced.
- Shape and refine our brand voice and market positioning to enhance our presence and impact.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance to enhance engagement and expand reach.
Admin Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing communication with clients.
- Provide basic support with compliance-related admin, such as tidying up documentation and formatting files.
- Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.
Role Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or a similar role.
- A tech savvy individual with a passion for digital marketing and branding.
- Relevant degree (or in the process of obtaining one) in marketing, digital marketing or similar would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Buffer (or similar scheduling tools), WordPress and other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to refine and adapt AI-generated content.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management.
- Interest in compliance, risk management, or regulatory industries is a plus but not required.
