Job Description
The role of the Technical Sales will be to support the team who manage a portfolio of clients.
The focus will be on driving implementation excellence.
Establishing new customer needs and identifying opportunities
Connecting with new and existing business customers by phone, e-mail and onsite visits.
Main Responsibilities
Writing detailed briefs which communicate the client objectives.
Generating daily and weekly client reports.
Highlighting quality issues to our Operations team.
Daily quality checking of implementation.
Administration of our online reporting system.
Liaising with third party providers such as warehousing and logistics to ensure our teams have all the POS and support material required.
Attending client meetings.
Connecting with new and existing business customers by phone, e-mail, onsite visits.

Minimum Qualifications
Ideally have a business or marketing qualification.
3 Years previous experience in customer facing or admin role, ideally in field marketing or retail.
