Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management (30%): Collaborate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Order Fulfillment: Process order moves and rejections efficiently, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Product Testing and Validation: Review and approve ship tests and box-fitting for new products, guaranteeing high-quality packaging and presentation.
- Mystery Shopping and Reporting: Conduct mystery shops, compile reports, and reconcile sample account statements to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Analysis: Review and distribute CSI data to identify areas for improvement and optimize vendor relationships.
- Daily Reporting and Action Items: Prepare and act on Beginning of Day reports, tracking key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report scrap inventory percentages at cross-dock locations, optimizing stock levels and reducing waste.
- Fulfillment Resource Guides: Compile and distribute guides to support vendor understanding of fulfillment processes and procedures.
- Team Support: Provide backup support to the VR team, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high service levels.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree accepted; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- SAAS experience an asset.
