What You'll Do :
- Communicate with vendors via email and phone regarding orders, inventory updates, and standard operating procedures.
- Process vendor orders and coordinate with internal departments.
- Compile, distribute, and analyze vendor data.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the vendor relations team.
Who We're Looking For :
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred, but not required).
Strong communication and teamwork skills - willingness to learn and grow.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Schedule & Pay :
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch).
Hybrid : 4 days onsite in Jericho, NY, 1 day remote.
Pay : $21 / hour overtime at 1.5x pay (mandatory during peak seasons, including weekends).
