Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Present and promote products/services effectively. Achieve sales targets to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- General Labor Tasks: Physically able to lift 75lbs repeatedly. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise. Perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory movements.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid CA driver’s license (3 years for insurance).
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to both sales and labor responsibilities.
