Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides regional customers support via telephone and other communication channels for multiple districts. This position is located in San Mateo, CA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide customer service via all communication channels (written and verbal) addressing customer requests or inquiries concerning services, water quality and billing concerns
- Schedule field representatives for service calls, including turning off / on services, and respond to water quality and service disruptions
- Organize and schedule service delivery, billing, and collections
- Document work orders, respond to customer emails and update customer accounts
- Perform tasks associated with the daily, monthly, and all associated reports to ensure accurate accounting of operational activity
- Provide customers with information regarding Company programs and services
- Communicate with outside agencies and departments for service efforts
- Communicate between regional customer support center and local districts
- Performs work on-site in the assigned office location
- Process customer service paperwork as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
WORK HOURS :
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary Range : $28.16 - $32.88
