Soiree Valet provides ground transportation management on a large corporate campus. Shuttle Ambassadors also known as Customer Service Representatives provide real time updates and wayfinding services for arriving and departing associates. As a Shuttle Ambassador, you have the opportunity to create a lasting impression. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting associates as they arrive on campus via passenger coaches and rideshare
- Providing directions and real time updates utilizing handheld devices
- Providing information on departing shuttles
- Maintaining incident reports and follow escalation procedures
Shifts assignments are 7 AM-11 AM or 3 PM-7 PM M-F
Complimentary snacks and meals are available either before or after shifts
Must have excellent communication skills
Clean California drivers license
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk throughout the shift and work in all weather conditions
At least 18 years old and previous customer service experience
Compensation is $25/hour
All positions are PT The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
