Job Description :
The Associate Customer Service Representative (ACSR) provides regional customer support via telephone and other communication channels for multiple districts. This position is located in Chico, CA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide customer service via all communication channels (written and verbal) addressing customer requests or inquiries concerning services, water quality and billing concerns.
- Schedule field representatives for service calls, including turning off / on services, and respond to water quality and service disruptions.
- Organize and schedule service delivery, billing, and collections.
- Document work orders, respond to customer emails and update customer accounts.
- Perform tasks associated with the daily, monthly, and all associated reports to ensure accurate accounting of operational activity.
- Provide customers with information regarding Company programs and services.
- Communicate with outside agencies and departments for service efforts.
- Communicate between regional customer support center and local districts.
- Process customer service paperwork as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Salary Range : $27.47 - $32.07
