Ideally, a qualified candidate will have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, marketing, administration, operations, and human resources.
Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):
Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals that you have set with the assistance of the business owner.
Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
Maintaining all information related to sales, estimates, job/truck and other operational details are entered in supporting information systems, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
You’ll assist in the retention of our Truck Team by contributing to a positive work environment and assisting in our training program.
Most days, you will be on the trucks alongside our Truck Team Members servicing our customers & increasing your sales skills
Daily Job Duties:
Dispatch: You will run the Daily Job Duties routes for the Truck Team to ensure On-Time Service is provided to all our customers
Customer Service: You will reach out to our customers to introduce them to our service and to answer any questions they may have.
Sales: From time to time it will be necessary to assist our Truck Team in closing a sale. Our customers request us to come to their property but the price is not always what the customer wants so we may have to work with some customers to provide the best price possible.
Sales Meetings: every morning, before our Truck Team hitting the road we hold a sales meeting that includes reviewing sales numbers as well as coaching.
Qualifications:
2 years management experience
5 years total sales experience
Strong phone presence
High School Diploma
Drivers license 3 years
