We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Position: We focus on residential and commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial HVAC repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance. 1-800-Plumber Air is very customer focused in providing a high quality customer experience for each of our customers.

Requirements:
- Must have a current driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass Pre and Post employment drug screenings.
Job Description:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Present and well solution options to customers for their HVAC issues
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Oversee installers on project installs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Assist and oversee additional service technicians on sales and installation
- Maintain appropriate license
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
- Train other technicians to do the same and lead by example.
- (Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus, but we offer training)
What we offer:
- Earn up to $25 -40/hr or higher (hourly commission) depending on experience, Performance Bonuses and
