Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team in-office. This role involves making outbound cold calls to prospective franchise candidates, insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, and other potential partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable following a script, engaging with prospects, and generating interest in 1-800-Textiles' services and franchise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided script.
- Engage prospects in conversation, introducing 1-800-Textiles and its services.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information and determining interest levels.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine call strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and engaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and experience using a CRM system (or willingness to learn).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
