Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential leads via phone, SMS and email.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information using telemarketing software - CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies for effective outreach.
• Set appointments for consultations with our specialists/sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Utilize CRM tools to track progress and manage customer relationship

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients effectively.
• CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software to track and manage leads.
• Critical thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle various customer inquiries and objections without guidance.
• Dependability: Maintain a high level of reliability by being punctual and consistent in attendance.
