Job Summary
The Reconstruction Technicians will assist the project manager on our reconstruction jobs and projects.
The Water Damage Technicians will assist other team members by providing skilled & unskilled labor while learning the techniques & receiving training required while performing professional mitigation & disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

The Water Damage Technicians will assist other team members by providing skilled & unskilled labor while learning the techniques & receiving training required while performing professional mitigation & disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.
Responsibilities
Assist our construction project manager on reconstruction jobs and projects. This includes but is not limited to drywall, painting and texturing, installing various types of flooring, installing cabinets, tiling, installing appliances and demolition. Occasionally help our mitigation team with remediation jobs such as water and fire damage restoration as well as mold remediation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
- Must have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in drywall from start to finish
- Experience with carpet and flooring installation is a plus
- Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands & arms and talk or hear
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required
