We handle a range of restoration projects including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and much more. We understand how stressful this situation can be, which is why we are equipped to help customers deal with insurance companies, property management, and the many other parties interested or involved with the damage.
1-800 Water Damage of Seattle is one of the largest restoration companies in the Puget Sound Area. We have an exciting team with a fast paced, rapidly growing business. We are looking to add a member to our Company that is a hard worker, and cares about the success and growth of the company.
Duties
- Managing the front desk functions as they relate to phone calls, visitors and mail distribution.
- Explaining our services to customers, scheduling visits, and maintaining excellent customer service. Having empathy and compassion for the customers disaster.
- Dispatching and Routing Technician's throughout the Day. Must have strong Dispatch skills, and know the Seattle area well.
- Payroll Hourly Tracking and Reports.
- Some Accounts Payable: sorting, matching, and scanning invoices and check requests
- Accounts Receivable: making calls to insurance companies and customers, receiving payments from customers and depositing funds to appropriate account(s)
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information
- Self starter, show initiative to learn and to improve processes and systems. Work hard and fast paced. Prioritizing emergencies and shifting tasks throughout the day.
- Fluent in English and some Spanish required
Position Overview
This position is responsible for administrative functions in a field office environment. Qualified candidates will be required to handle incoming phone calls, Speak with Customers about our services, Route and Dispatch Technician's throughout the day. Tracking employee hours and time clock. Candidates will be additionally responsible for Assisting Project Manager's in day to day needs. Administrative duties.
