Dispatcher
A dynamic and empathetic individual to support our customers during property damage restoration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers, schedule/dispatch our teams to assist with their property damage.
- Keep track of our entire field team and their whereabouts as necessary.
- Enter all customer data into our CRM system.
- Provide administrative backup assistance in the office for anyone needing help.
Requirements:
- 1 Year Customer Service and/or dispatch experience preferred.
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay cool, calm and collected during high-stress situations.
- Be honest, hardworking, kind and compassionate. Have a desire to help people.
- Professional in appearance, in the way you act, speak, and write.
- Technologically savvy. Ability to understand and use apps on a phone, use a computer and/or iPad effortlessly and effectively.
