Overview: As a Dispatcher, you will be the primary point of contact for Service Technicians and providers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role involves coordinating service requests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to job sites based on priority, location, and technician availability.
- Communicate job details, work orders, and expectations to technicians via phone, email, or dispatch software.
- Schedule and dispatch service requests to appropriate personnel or teams.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Update and track service requests in the system.
- Identify and resolve issues related to service delivery or customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and generate reports on service performance and customer feedback.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between customers and service teams.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests or any delays.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
- Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., CRM systems, dispatch software).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
