What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Care RN Supervisor for the Elderly position at 1 of a Kind Medical Services?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our team!
We are a non-skilled personal care agency that provides in home care for elderly clients. Our in home care Nurse will be based in our office in Johnson/Fayetteville Monday through Friday. Nurse should be able to organize and multitask and have a passion for working with the elderly. If you are ready to slow down, work in an office but still take care of clients, and find a forever home, we are the place for you.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of Arkansas
- In home care experience or work with the elderly or case management a bonus
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass drug screen
- Previous Medicaid experience a plus
Duties
- Visit clients in their home once a year to complete a functional assessment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans consisting of ADLs to be performed by an in home aide
- Certify client charts on the computer
- Complete skills checks for aides
- Perform TB tests for new aides
- Maintain accurate client charts
- Perform in home monitoring visits as necessary
- Work with clients to facilitate their services
We are a non-skilled agency, not a facility. All work is based in our office as we visit clients in their homes for their assessments. We work week days only, no weekends and are looking for someone that is a good fit for our great team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
