Job Details:
Title- RN Telemetry
Duration- 13 Weeks
Location- Grand Blanc, MI
Facility Name- Henry ford hospital
Shift- 1900-0730 and 0700-1930
Guaranteed Hours- 36 hrs
Requirements- BLS(AHA) , ACLS(AHA)
Experience- 1 years of experience as RN Telemetry
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
