Role: Change Manager with Peoplesoft ERP experience
Location : Minneapolis and Saint Paul MN
Duration: 6 months
Change Manager with strong Peoplesoft project experience
Assist with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user readiness for PeopleSoft implementation projects within the Business Process Systems Integration (BPSI) program. Key responsibilities include developing change strategies, executing OCM activities (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact analysis, resistance management), and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and track change strategies to support organizational goals.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Develop communication plans in collaboration with internal teams and craft targeted messaging for stakeholders.
Establish and manage change champion networks to aid adoption and enthusiasm for change.
Monitor success metrics and create sustainability plans to embed changes long-term.
Provide training consultation and conduct post-implementation reviews for feedback and insights.
Skills and Requirements:
Expertise in Prosci ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
Experience with large-scale ERP projects like PeopleSoft.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills across organizational levels.
Ability to manage complex change initiatives in matrix environments effectively.
Proficiency in documentation, including change strategies, plans, and status reports.
