Description
We are offering a long-term contract position for a PeopleSoft Change Manager/Sr. Consultant in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role is primarily in the IT industry, where you will be responsible for driving project-level change strategies, conducting stakeholder analysis, and creating and executing enterprise-wide change strategies.
Responsibilities
Implement project-level change strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.
Analyze stakeholders, identify key individuals, and devise strategies for engagement and communication.
Identify change impacts for various stakeholder groups through current state assessments.
Develop and implement enterprise-wide change strategies and address any potential resistance.
Use stakeholder readiness assessment data to engage impacted audiences in relation to the processes and technical systems involved in the projects.
Ensure eligibility to work in the U.S. to shape and sustain stakeholder behavior.
Work with the internal communication department to develop a detailed communication plan, ensuring a unified approach.
Communicate effectively across organizational levels, using a variety of communication modes to deliver clear and concise messages to different audiences.
Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication, ADKAR, Organizational Change Management, PeopleSoft Application, and PeopleSoft.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of detail-oriented experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Understanding of Database systems
Proficiency in using About Time software
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Proven expertise in Change Management
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of ADKAR model for change management
Experience in Organizational Change Management
Proficiency in PeopleSoft Applications and other PeopleSoft technologies
